Ham Assistant information submission system consists of call sign submission and repeater submission
Users can enter a complete radio call sign (e.g.: BH9AC) or a country/region call sign prefix (e.g.: BG) on the call sign submission page to submit call sign information
Ham Assistant call sign submission page will automatically convert the call sign or area prefix entered by the user into uppercase English letters (the standard writing method for international radio call signs is uppercase English letters)
To protect personal privacy, for the "QSL card mailing address" information on the call sign submission page, it is recommended to fill in a general address where mail can be received. If you do not need physical QSL card mailing, you can directly fill in your email address.
Users can submit information about local radio repeaters through Ham Assistant's repeater submission function (only for amateur radio repeaters allowed to be publicly disclosed by local laws).
After submission, call sign and repeater information will be reviewed within 30 days. Only information that passes the review can be queried. Please be patient.
Once the information provider submits information, it means that they assume corresponding responsibilities for the provided information and authorize Ham Assistant to display it to the public through its owned channels (including but not limited to websites, apps, public accounts, etc.). Ham Assistant website does not assume the responsibility of verifying whether the information submitted by the repeater information submitter complies with relevant regulations. By submitting information, the repeater information publisher confirms and guarantees the authenticity of the published information and that the published content does not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the country and region where they are located. The legal liability for publishing information that violates the local laws and regulations prohibiting public disclosure shall be borne by the information publisher.
